2024 AFS T-shirt Order

We will be selling AFS T-shirts this year! Please see the attached pictures for the design. Each shirt will be sold for $20 to be paid upon pickup at the annual meeting. If you would like a shirt, please fill out the survey below by January 10, 2025 so we can get everyone that wants one the correct size in time for the meeting. Some extras of sizes S-2XL may be available at first come first serve.
